I learned most about how different neighborhoods impact value, and the importance of buying properties that have multiple uses to generate more rental income off of (multiple rooms, house hack potential, duplex/triplex/ quadplex, or overall a property in a nicer location and/or with nicer finishes to attract the best renters).
