For those of you who’ve successfully built buyer lists:• What methods worked best for you starting out?

I can't elaborate further, as I am in the learning process, but the zelle method seems to come with risk, according to some of the bookwriters and experts.

However, I am still curious if there is any other popular method. 

I have about 75+ in my pipeline as well speak who are eager to sell, yet the traditional wholesale method will not work because their asking price is outside my MAO.

What sucks about those methods?

I am so interested in hearing about the experiences of other investors, so I can learn other methods, hear other challenges, avoid the pitfalls, and most of all listen to other success stories.
