So for me it's less about who I'll be living next too and more about who I am letting live in my childhood home that I plan on keeping my whole life and would like to do everything I can to keep it as similar to the way it was when I was growing up because I am a very sentimental guy.With it not being a very great cash flow market is that why you are recommending the house hack because either way I wouldn't be getting cash flow so might as well build equity now?
