I have communicated with other investors, providing evidence of wrongdoing to FINRA, as well as several lawyers. 

There are tons of threads here on BiggerPockets where you have a new investor bashing a property manager, seller or turnkey guy and then when the experienced investors chime in it becomes very clear that the new investor wasn't telling the whole story and there typically wasn't any wrongdoing by the property manager, seller, turnkey guy or what have you.

But, guess what they are not loan officers or underwriters so they turn out to be  wrong.

That states KNOWLEDGE of wrong doing.

I don't want to cast stones unnecessarily though and am not alleging wrongdoing but I would very much like more of an explanation.

Correct me if I am wrong but I do not see no wrong doing in that.

That's the horror stories you hear from time to time, that people use to discourage you to invest in Mexico in spite of the fact that the underlying reason was some wrongdoing from the buyer.In spite of the corruption, Mexico is governed by the rule of law.
