OMNICO GOLF Dutch Mendenhall Amy Vaughn RAD Diversified BEWARE!

Joseph M.
Posted

Investor Alert- Dutch Mendenhall and RAD Diversified REIT opened a new LLC called Omnico Golf. I am making this post in case any new investor attempts to search "Omnico Golf Reviews" on google and want to make sure it's tied back to Dutch and RADDs poor performance. RADD continues to open new LLCs, which takes a while to get poor BBB reviews etc. thus getting them new investor money.

Meanwhile investors in 1% Wentworth Golf course deal from RADD hasn't seen any distributions yet they start a new Omnico Golf LLC with a "Going Public" episode on X/Twitter. Very pathetic.

Other LLCs they run:
HML's/ JV deals/ IC 50K/ RAD Diversified REIT/ Wholesale Fund/ OZ fund/Omnico Golf/ Rancho Foothills 1&2/ St.Pete deal that failed/ Survivalist Project/ Cattle/Auctions/ Farmland/ Omnico/ Highway 19 deal in Tampa/ TAI/ Advertising Fund/ Training Courses / The Seminar Solutions

@Joseph M. I wouldn't be so sure even the earliest investor distributions were actually tied to real estate performance. There were a lot of questionable transactions that occurred in the Philadelphia market where RAD has significant holdings during their earliest days and wouldn't be surprised if even back then distributions made to investors were just fresh capital they were pulling in.
