It does not matter whether in your mind you really intended to state a falsehood or not, merely that what you said turned out to be incorrect is sufficient. if the other party is damaged and it appears you did the wrongdoing, do you believe a jury is going to appropriately ponder the legal nuance between negligence or intentional fraud?

@Soh TanakaParticipation theory/doctrine basically refers to the concept that if the member does the wrongdoing, that member cannot hide behind the LLC for protection.

No one would want a drug dealer or sex offender, the felon is questionable , as far as your preference of residents this is a business, profit is the goal reviewing and adjusting your contract with airbnb if possible should help your concerns but  anyone is capable of wrong doing.
