Hi @David Bilbey,I've been searching for exactly the same thing and have been compiling a list of potential accountants and attorneys that I want to talk to.  

I recommend compiling an analysis/presentation stating that your parents will save an "x" amount by working with you instead of "ABC" local property managers.

I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well.
