"the party making the payments is obligated on the mortgage debt" - what if I'm not approved to assume the (income based) loan and I want to instead do subto, does that mean I an not "obligated on the mortgage debt" and the loan will remain on the seller's DTI?

They can take, edit, resize, annotate, add smilies and post a picture on a tiny phone with ease but can't change a light bulb or swap out a battery at the back of a wall clock, let alone keeping an eye on a buried pipe or a leaky water heater relief valve.

If you wish to pay anything from other accounts and I do that with a few things like utilities, insurance, etc, then I use my banks tagging feature to tag the transaction to annotate what the transaction is for.

After those items are completed, a second inspector will come back and verify they’ve been done...it could be a different inspector that also finds different items that need to be completed that were not annotated the first time.I have yet to experience that, but I can see how that is very frustrating.
