You can also look at what's for rent around the property or in the zip code.

@Spencer Gysi It has its quirks (sometimes it asks applicants for a unit code which is not publicly available), but for the most part it is still very good relative to the price compared with the big companies.

I could handle the basics, but the legal and compliance side was where things started to feel risky.Property code requirements, fair housing, notice timelines, lease language, and all the small technical details that can turn into big problems if you miss them.
