As the year closes, I’m setting clear goals for the next one—deal volume, strategy, and learning. What are you aiming to accomplish in real estate next year?

1. Sell all property built before year 2000 (have owned houses as old as 1840 with asbestos, lead based paint and non-code compliant)

2. Sell all townhouses, semi-detached, condos, apartments, vacant land and lots.

3. Buy detached single family rental houses with 3 bedrooms 2+ baths and 2 car garages built since year 2000.
