We are looking to expand our knowledge of repairing homes ourselves and discovering diamonds in the rough.

Mike has a couple meetings on the North Shore and Ann's Black Diamond meeting in Waltham is my favorite right now (if you want to write off some miles:) ).  

Definitely check out the Black Diamond event coming your way.

Also highly recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd meeting in Worcester).  

@Derek Diamond they didn't like the numbers although our homework said they stood to make great profits.

@Chad Baird my business partner @Duran Villegas and I have had good opportunities in the Memphis area - we certainly have to do our homework, but there are some diamonds in the rough. 

Sift through them and probably for every 5 calls you get, one person will be your diamond.

It takes some time to go through the list but you can find a diamond in the ruff for sure and it’s not listed on MLS.  

In other words, if you're a beginner skier, don't try to go down a double black diamond on your first run (instead, start off on the easier terrain so you actually have a chance of success).Good luck out there!
