Another poster, sorry for not remembering your name, compiled a really comprehensive list of all the OTA´s available to short term hosts. 

I'm compiling a list in word that I will use as a reference guide once I begin my journey and would already be prepared with questions to ask.

If your list is compiled from the most current information, and narrowed down using the exact right demographics - you WILL get good results - no question.
