Jumping in late on this thread, but wanted to share what clicked for me.

That conversation made me curious how others in this group handle “high-touch” clients.A few questions for the group:Are any of you using retainers or access tiers for clients who require frequent advisory time?

ideally, I want to scale and add more units in the future. 

It clicks together, so no glue down, and the pattern we used resembles marble with a gray veining.
