This isn't only my experience, I have spoken with many people who echoed this sentiment. 

I agree with the general sentiment - it's a block by block game, and patience is the key.

Plenty of people have said heck ya to your sentiments, while others have said run, and just as many have fallen somewhere in the middle.

Which is where I have to separate sentimental feelings from business.
