However, if they come back and wish to cancel after inspection period is over and release EMD to buyer, tell them to pound sand and refer to the contract and the calendar.

I have done this before, quite a lot, in bad areas and good, won and lostI live in London, Vegas is simply my LLC addressI intend to buy wherever the deal is right, that suits me, and personally I would rather have 4 x $30k packages than one $120k unit, that’s my choice, I’m over 21.The saying “One swallow doth not a summer make” is appropriate here.....and it’s older than the country your sitting inNo one here has re invented the wheel, some of you have lost sight or forgotten what it’s like to be a beginner, and my questions were in that veinSome of you in here could make a UFO landing sound dull.......It’s only real estate.....it really isn’t rocket science sounds like since you have been there done that .. your good to go.. lots of GB clients got sucked into Rochester and Buffalo with a sprinkling of Detroit. and lost a tonne of Pounds..
