If some buyer comes up and wants a 7.5 to 8 cap I would tell them to pound sand.

The US standard of sellers having to pay for the buyers agent is a global anomaly (just like inches, pounds and cups) and makes little sense.

Now imagine if this was a 55 pound dog instead?

However, if they come back and wish to cancel after inspection period is over and release EMD to buyer, tell them to pound sand and refer to the contract and the calendar. 

I'll never forget gagging in a hallway from cooking with curry, probably by the pound.
