Rental unit is surrounded by high density housing with homebound wireless signal being drown out by neighboring signals (this can be visualized via "WiFi Analyzer" app).    

It is a visually stunning space with great light and old school character.

@Wesley W.I understand your desire to secure your property and think visual recording of drug dealers on your property is a great idea.It doesn't have to pass the "sniff test", it only has to be upheld in the courts.irregardless of your ability to gain consent from visitors to YOUR property, the law is the law.

Go in their place and take visual note of any major damage such as holes in walls and so forth.

The most of financing that these projects can get and will be payed by rents, not out of your pocket.Demand a visual of all apartments, do not accept any excuses. 

I use Google Calendar for this because I find it to be the easiest and it's free, all you need is a Google account.After putting your most important daily events on your calendar you now have a visual of the time frames you have to be an agent.
