@Liam Wholey If you're consistently working 70-80 hours/week, how much time can you ACTUALLY consistently commit to real estate?

I'm planning to use the official NC Form 410-T as my baseline, then blend in Turners clauses (pets, lawn care, expectations, etc) as addenda - and run the full package past an NC attorney once everything is dialed in. 

Simple plan that's seldom mentioned:  spend a few hours in L/T court each week. 

Interest from a bank account is taxed differently than interest from a t-bond and different from a municipal bond.

I have seen people in far worse spots climb out once they commit to a plan.
