Frankly, it is impossible to scale without mastering these skills, no matter where you invest. ... and it is impossible to effectively delegate a task that you know nothing about yourself, other than to just take the person's (or another person's) word for it that they know what they're doing and trial & error until you find good pros to work with and hope that the bad ones don't bankrupt you in the meantime while you have no direct control over your business ... other than that, the best way to learn about how to do that task that you would eventually like to delegate is to first master it hands on locally or watch over a master's shoulder, again, locally, which brings us back to doe, a deer, a female deer.

I think it will cash flow nicely because i got it for cash at a very low price (71k) and am renting it out at ~550 a week now (low-shoulder season) and will rent more like $750 a week high season (Jan-March).

The main reason I dumped my last PM was due to extremely poor summer rental vacancy, so all the profit I made from winter went down the tubes in summer, through shoulder season, until snow hit the ground again later in the year.
