What a missed opportunity to sell a visual product!  

It's built on Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and all the macros are generated in that language.  

Trulia Local is a very cool tool to get visual snapshots of neighborhoods.

Repairs-  You cannot modify the property in any way so with some utilities requiring inspections before service can be initiated, any required repairs cannot be doneYou can have an inspector do a visual inspection and have a plumber do a pressure test which can identify some issues

I wish I could post a picture because mine was showing visually the same benefits, even the plus tab was using the word PRO in its benefits list. went ahead and got PRO because I knew it “should” offer more, what was being advertised to me on my iPhone was identical benefits. 

Most propspective tenants can't visualize what the space will look like.
