I don’t know of any contractors who would do more than hang plastic sheeting over open entrances, maybe on a good day they might block a heating vent if you’re lucky.after I’ve had all the demo and drywall done, I have a cleaning lady I know come in to clean every surface, ceiling to floor.

I’ve had my first rental leased out for a few months now, and with winter coming, I’m trying to figure out how often I should schedule maintenance.When I lived there, I did HVAC maintenance (heat pump system) and cleared the gutters every spring and fall.
