Hello everyone,

Came across a decent deal 2/1 home but it is only 600 sq ft, is this too small for a rental?  Any thoughts or bad experiences anyone has had with a property of this size.

Thanks, appreciate any feedback

In today's world that might be a gem! People love the 'small-house' concept...and easier to heat/cool/clean as well.....
