We have been planting a lot of native trees such as Cedar, Guanacaste, Sapote, Tinga, Soursop, etc. 

We acted immediately, evaluating the numbers, confirming value, and locking it in before competing buyers could react.

I was in the same spot back in 2021 and San Francisco native. 

Now I’m testing a setup where:- I snap a receipt → it’s auto-tagged to the right property- Bank transactions get sorted instantly by category- Anything uncertain gets flagged for me to approveThe long game (and what I’m building into a native app) is to have that same system handle rent reminders, lease tracking, and repair follow-ups—so expense tracking isn’t a whole separate job.I’m piloting this with a few landlords now—happy to share what’s working if you want the details.

Something simple like this may share Crew and get them to react. 

At my Florida house you have to have a permit to remove any tree beyond a few inches in diameter anywhere in the county, and you have to replace it with something from the native shade tree list so yes palm trees don't count.
