Hi, does anybody else have experience investing in Indianapolis? I've done a lot of research and talked to a few realtors and property managers, and I've finally decided on a local team that has been really helpful and knowledgeable in the area. I want to ask what people think about Indianapolis. I plan to travel there in the next month or so to drive around the area and really help me figure out which streets or neighborhoods to target based on the advice from the local realtor and PM. This will be my first investment property, and it will be out of state. I've researched so many markets, but I'm finally ready to take action with Indianapolis. I've read on the BP page that home prices have stalled in Indy, which presents opportunity at the same time. I'm looking for properties around $200,000 for my first investment.

If anybody has experience with Indianapolis and found investing there to be successful, or what to watch out for, please respond.

Thanks!
