Is there a service that identifies cash buyers who want to live in a property.

Even if it cannot be substantiated, if someone else has a problem with that agent in the future they may contact you can establish a pattern especially if they foolishly continue to represent this client. 

Are there wholesalers or other solutions for identifying end buyers for properties that you want to sell at full market price?

My goal is to learn how to identify good deals, run accurate comps, and assign contracts.

What I was willing to do was put a relatively small amount of capital ($2,000) at risk, and spend some time identifying end buyers, as well as think like a PRINCIPAL, not an intermediary.  

Anyone in southern Florida that could offer advice - def not looking for some program etc. would it make sense to try and partner with someone so someone else could help with identifying properties and both kindof would profit monetarily as well as stand at risk? 

Perhaps it's best to consider leaning toward a different resolution: becoming a more disciplined and proactive operator of real estate already owned.That means taking a hard look at existing operations and identifying property inefficiencies, defects, and potential liability exposure before they turn into claims or disputes.

Once I've identified some markets, should I be talking with property managers first before realtors in those areas?
