The contract stated that if any infractions resulting in a breach of contract the owner can take the property back.

Okay, I've copied text from a landlord law book, and I have annotated each of my property manager's infractions against the rules set out below. 

The contractors haven't been showing up and they have had 18 infractions (12 electrical , 4 plumbing and 2 framing).
