That way, you aren't going on the internet asking strangers for answers.  

If you are remote, you have to rely on the internet and most of my best contractors don't even have a digitial footprint.You are in a tough market, so you'll probably go OOS.

That or a single family rent by the room/2-4 unit house hack would be my recommendation if you care to hear what a stranger on the internet thinks.

Lastly, I believe you can learn just as much by simply educating yourself in all areas of the game with the vast amount of free information on the internet.

Do not believe everything your read on the internet.

If it can be used as a STR it's going to have septic, well water and need Starlink for internet.
