I learned from @ wholesaling book about estimating the repair costs as follows Multiply the SQ of the home by $15 for a light rehab .. multiply the SQ by $30 for a moderate rehab... then finally .. for a Heavy rehab multiply the SQ by $50.. hope that helps & happy investing
