The style of bifold doors that run on tracks tend to jump out of the track a lot and sometimes cause tenant maintenance calls (customer dissatisfaction), so the hinged ones might save you some trouble down the road.Also, Using a water a retention pan under the washer that exits outdoors can help keep the floor dry.And watch the age and replacement cycle for the hoses too, because they do burst with age.Just my 2 cents.
