@Cory Wake, I would say the same issues arise in all property types. 

If the PM does not address city inspection issues within a week, sidestep them and have someone else do it.

That said, my biggest issue is that I am doing some large renovations (siding, roof, etc) and although there is plenty of seasoned funds in the Baselane account will not allow me to ACH, send a check or use the Debit card to pay expenses in excess of 10k-20k in a day or 50k total in a month.  

You can solve funding and contractor issues, but without consistent deal flow you're just spinning wheels.

The guys and gals going around touting that they own $300mm in real estate, but really own 1% of $300mm is the issue.

They are considered a maintenance issue.

We've created $100k+ equity in each property within a year or so.We hold and haven't had tenant issues of any consequence.

My HML isn't a huge issue for timing as it's a 12 month loan, however bleeding interest monthly is an issue.
