Baselane Banking Restrictions

I recently moved the financial management of one of my rentals to Baselane from Stessa, having left the rest at Stessa for now.  I liked the fact that Baselane had a Bill Pay by check feature.  I am less than satisfied for Baselane.  First logging into the platform can be a challenge if you use multiple computers, because not only do you have to authenticate with a text code, but then you have to be logged into a specific email on the same browser.  So long dual authentication, hello pain in the butt triple authentication.   That said, my biggest issue is that I am doing some large renovations (siding, roof, etc) and although there is plenty of seasoned funds in the Baselane account will not allow me to ACH, send a check or use the Debit card to pay expenses in excess of 10k-20k in a day or 50k total in a month.  They blame it on their banking partner Thread Bank, but I know it isn't a Thread Bank issue, as I can transfer large amounts with my Stessa Thread account and my wife's business runs on Relay Banking which is also Thread, and she has no issues with large transactions.  I wonder if Thread knows they blame them, when it seems to be a Baselane's policy.  Yes, I have requested for them to increase the daily amount with no success without providing every reason I could ever have for needing make a payment above 20k.  In fact, their suggestion was to pay a contractor's invoice over multiple days.  They obviously have no understanding of renovation cost or that something seemingly as simple as paying over multiple days could harm a trusted contractor relationship.
