Earlier this summer, I attended a workshop at my parents' real estate office where they usually teach the basics of owning rental properties. 

To get the most out of this experience, do anyone of you have any insight on which speakers to make sure to attend, things they would do differently has far as scheduling, etc.I also noticed workshops were schedule on the first day (Oct 5th) Is it just registration and workshops that day?

These groups often host meetings, workshops, and networking events where you can meet experienced investors who are usually more than willing to share their insights and advice.

They do a couple webinars each month as well as mini-camps/workshops on specific targets periodically.

They want to know how they can enter “wholesaling” with no experience, no knowledge (except for the “mentor’s” weekend workshop) and no capital and make $500k their first year; then use the BRRRRRRR method to continually double down and turn that $500k into $5 million in 12 months or less.  

Imagine if the investors approached it as a work-shop to co-op networks, ideas, resources to change direction of things....
