From what I can see in the Cincinnati area, SFRs cannot cost your more than $80-90K in order to make money unless you're in a prime neighborhood like Oakley where you can command big time rents but you're only forecasting <$1,000.

Upon contacting the local government I get told that their hands are tied and cannot evict for any reason and that my best bet is to call higher up the chain of command but they made it clear that if I accept any amount of payment the process will be void.The tenant was also laid off the first week of April so with unemployment and the stimulus check he will actually be making more money over the next few months than he was prior.
