Landlords are already getting a problem free tenant in the deal and I don't see why one needs to be greedy also.

Correct me if im wrong but I dont see any moral issue with this if the only alternative is the owner completely losing the entire amount otherwise..As long as the owner is treated fairly and with dignity of course..Are you saying that few ppl who do it are pros because they are being greedy with the home owners?

States are so freaking greedy they’ll take money you made in another state if that state doesn’t take it. 

But every trader says that.

Some people are just greedy, fact of life.

They speak great English because they are born and raised here they know the industry say all the right things.. their main target is the dreamers like Ingrid Robinson was/is.. she was in the health field and decided to do a big development up at Clear Lake CA.. which is where i cut my teeth selling RE back in the 70s and my dad in the 60s .. so when i saw that and the property she wanted to develop there on American greed I was stunned.

Adding all those wealth creators together your overall return is far greater than investing in the market unless you're the world's greatest trader.
