The navy lifted restrictions on tattoos because roughly 1/3 of people eligible to join have body modification of some kind, and they realized if they immedialty discounted a third of the population, you mathematically prevent yourself from finding all possible top candidates.

This is one reason it’s important to really understand the stateIn Georgia it is strongly recommended a modification gets recorded as if the deed of trust has expired and not foreclosed on in seven years it reverts to the borrower - even if you did a mod and extended the date - make sure you record it.Statute below: The doctrine of reversion, as codified at O.C.G.A. § 44-14-80.

Get the house in forbearance sold before Halloween, bribe ex wife to cooperate, go to arbitration rather than wasting money on divorce attorneys, have her apply for a permanent modification on her name and income alone.

The only real savings I've found so far is to have the fannie servicer buy the loan docs and do a mortgage modification to save on doc stamps (in Florida) at loan closing, but otherwise I'm just absorbing those costs from the construction loan.
