keep in mind by the time a NPN gets to the street so where an individual who cant buy a larger tape gets a whack at them they are pretty picked over and many times have some hair on themthat's my take on it....

The washer smelled like mold, and the dryer vent was clogged with dog hair.

It had the original carpet from 2006 and it was disgusting, full of dog hair and dirt. 

People complain about housing prices and about transplants who they often blame for pushing up prices just like they do just about everywhere else.None of this should be news to someone from Brooklyn, where prices are just as high and have increased a ton in the last 20 years. 

You see the money is locked away unable to be touched until my hair is grey and I'm on my second hip replacement.  

Seriously, it's crazy how much women spend on their hair, nails, make-up, clothing!

He told his wife they didn't have any money but she went out and spent $800 on supplements and getting her hair and nails done along with a few other things.

Since you were a transplant from CA it probably not as hard to move.

The bay area, ca, Portland  OR  Seattle, WA etc are all high appreciation areas..... the trend line is up and this is why these kinds of laws exists , tenants can end up in the cross hairs of rapid appreciation situations.
