I feel we are near the top but I don't have a crystal ball so I just think buying more conservatively will allow investors to ride the wave a lot easier.

At this time I don’t see any value to owning a landline unless you need a crystal clear connection, you’re located in just one place, and you may wish to take advantage of some of landline’s cheaper or free international calling plans.
