We also need a fool proof way of guaranteeing US Citizenship before registering for school, getting medical care, welfare, AFDC, WICA, etc...Maybe a legitimate Birth Certificate?!?

We make our vendors sign an agreement stating they won't sub out and that anyone walking on the property is insured that they have to sign.Weeds out the ones that may try it, definitely not  fool proof but it's a start.
