Hey all, we decided to not go with it since their realtor was unresponsive and I wanted the purchase price to come down approx 20-30k. 

So it's no easy task getting these homes pry'd out from unresponsive owners or lien holders until they are ready to list.I actually do believe there is going to be a recognizable drop in 300+ homes value and demand but the entry level, rentable, first time home buyer homes will ALWAYS sell if priced properly.

If he does agree or is unresponsive then file court papers.

We have a seller that has stopped all communication. Hasn't answered calls, texts, etc for 2 weeks. The home is UC with us. The house is in pre foreclosure and we got the sale date extended for him in order to make it...

The problem with them Matt they're ultra unresponsive I send them text and everything just really wanting to discuss some of the issues .  

FYI I tried to speak with my CPA, but he has been unresponsive the past two days... maybe a need to find someone else, but that discussion is for another day :)Best,Dennis

No need to go into details.However, if an agent has shown you a property, and you're interested in buying that property, you should buy through them or if they are super unresponsive and terrible, go through their broker to find an agent who can be more of what you need.

Lack of communication and unresponsiveness is the worst trait a property management company can have.
