New vaca manager, advertising

We just launched "Stay In Florida, LLC". Trying to understand how to attract our vacation rental investment owners. Any recommendations on advertising that has been fruitful in finding new leads?

I rent my STRs to travelling workers, contractors. The guys you see working on the large upright structures of steel at a petrochemical refinery. There is a billboard of mine in the contractor parking lot. I have magnetic signs on both sides of my truck. There is a Craigslist ad of mine fresh every day. I'm on Airbnb, apartments.com, bluecollarrentals.com, plus there are about 3000 nice pens of mine floating around the Midwest with my advertising. There are also about 600 calendars of scantily clad women doing construction work floating around the Midwest. Don't limit yourself to vacationing people. My average stay is between 3-6 weeks, but it's not uncommon for people to stay 2-3 months. Here is a rule of thumb: if your house was a normal rental making X dollars a month, it should make X dollars a week as a STR. In my market, 26X should exceed the purchase price of the house. My market is the worst place to live in Kansas, Google it.

I've had meth heads break into a house and I catch them inside.  Had a ring of thieves break into a house and use it to store the stolen property.  Caught a meth head on camera trying to steal a HDTV.  Had a guy not show up for work and gave him a welfare check, I found him unconscious and unresponsive due to a drug overdose.  Had renters having affairs with other renters wives. Violence happened when all parties found out.  There was the cucumber lady and her nightly show, I'll leave that up to your imagination.
