Going to a great university does something to your brain: critical thinking and just the way you see the world and decipher life.

I guess the park has been in the same family for 50+ years so the way they keep their books is going to take a forensic accountant to decipher their scribble note pads and jargon.

But given that I am a lender, maybe I can help decipher whether something went wrong on the lenders end. 

My first interest is learning how to analyze a deal and decipher whether it’s a good deal or what offer I should make for it to become a good deal.
