Ask them how they decipher between CapEx and other immediately deductible expenses. 

If the agent is their own broker and a sole practitioner then you need someone else to decipher the agency relationships that may or may not exist.

Articles about this in Seattletimes recently, but can be hard to decipher the facts.

I understand Tacoma landlord law can be tricky to decipher.

@Justin Jones this is great information and through my last three straight days of research- your information is way more clear to decipher.

Its actually is amazing how well it triages, trouble shoots the issue, deciphers and prioritizes the reported issue/issues.

Not mine, or any other person posting on blogs the way they decipher contract and real estate law.There are many ways to close wholesale transactions and if you are in a state where you can not do Simultaneous closings, Double closings,Assignments or a Double Assignment then freaking buy the thing with private money, your own money or again, pick up the the phone and call a transactional lender for 1.75%!

The challenge is deciphering those risks.
