Hello All,I am looking to connect with residential land developers and/or construction companies with multi-family (duplex) experience in the DFW area.

Also note the carve out for those that might do land development.. where someone like me might tie up the dirt spend 10k or more ( usually though 50 to 100K) getting entitlements and flipping said contract to a builder developer. 

As a developer, one of my main pet peeves when working with wholesalers in the past was being misled on numbers—albeit perhaps unintentionally—simply because they didn't have a solid grasp on how much it genuinely costs to rehab a property.On another note, regarding getting your real estate license: I'd suggest perhaps not jumping into that immediately.

The developer, Keaau Development Partnership, had mistakenly built on her land instead of the adjacent lot.

Purchase price: $4,075,000 Cash invested: $2,000,000 Acquisition of an operating asset and 2 acres of vacant land slated for development in year 1 located <2 miles from Port Wentworth (Savannah, GA).
