Personally I only look at aviation stuff on U tube .. and that's rarely.. and don't use snap whatever that is insta grammer and or tweeting.. none of that for me.. just e mail scanner printer that's all in need to take care of my business needs.. :) I did like facebook though to catch up on old high school friends and i enjoy when my kids and grand-kids post pictures of them on trips etc..

I call the court and the clerk tells me the tenant came in with his court notice they mailed him, and sure enough it did not have the court address on it, the printer skipped it......she assured me she has never seen this before and it is rather odd.

At this point, I'm pretty excited because I now have a computer program that not only automatically gathers data on distressed properties, updates monthly (automatically), but it also gives me the mailing info I need and formatted correctly to be sent directly to the printer I use for mailings.
