We had various issues with kwikset halo including too quick battery drain and keyboard issues (not all the numbers being initially displayed)   We swapped all out STR kwikset halo to Kabo locks.

In our case majority of assets we acquired we used bridge fixed swap debt, so we are not under the same pressures as these, with expiring rate caps and non-renovated units looking at market repricing  - not sure who said it on this forum but kudos to you, this is the truth - " It looks to me from a reward/risk perspective, between now to 2027 could be one of the best year to invest in distressed multifamily debts."
