Hello,  With the market being slow and our flip not selling I'm going to list it for rent.... however, I'd like to have someone who is ultimately interested in owning it and want to offer a lease option to buy, after one year.   

Definitely less movement in the MF area right now due to a few factors.

Also the land that's ripe for higher end construction is more scarce and more accessible to those with long standing industry relationships and track records. 

Anyone have experience in securing DSCR loans?
