Without putting down the professional property managers here, they have a built-in foolproof method of finding the best tenants for their own units.

We can talk all day long about minimizing risk and trying to make real estate investing foolproof etc.

So there it is -- a foolproof way to achieve your goal of attaining more customers from this site.  

I have seen a lot folks with new and improved methods of protection that they say are foolproof and secret, but I have not seen any of them that have lasted for decades. 

It doesn't seem fool proof is all I'm thinking.

The only real indicator of long term tenancy to me is previous long term tenancy and that is not  foolproof. 

Nothing is fool proof, but why make it easier.This same friend never locks his car doors.

@Jorge PenaI apologize in advance for how technical this response is, but I think it's worth your while to read it.The solution you're following is, bar none, accepted in renovation circles as the most foolproof yet expensive way to fix a basement HUMIDITY problem.However, it is highly unusual for a professionally-constructed house built any time in the last hundred years to be so situated as to have a truly severe humidity problem and little or no outright flooding.

Not sure that is 100% foolproof, but might give you an idea of some of the better ones.I like in person classes, but I'm probably old school.

I've found it to be a nearly fool proof way of separating my personal / business phone use.And it's not too expensive.Hope that helps,Kenton
