Traditional office development is down.

Fast forward 2 years: one of the condos developed a leak at the piping in the bathroom, the tenant was gone for a long weekend, and water had destroyed the commercial condos one floor below and ruined $250,000 worth of computer related equipment.

Hi @sarahodge @davidhodge @jimworkman @bradleycordell  I'm also looking into the Bham market and would be mighty appreciative of any advice you can share relative to your experiences with developing a team there and or specific turnkey providers whom you've done business with.I'm certainly interested in talking directly w TK and PM folks in the market as well.  

To be honest working with home owners is ok, but developers, builders, flippers, etc... are repeat customers.
