ya thats a favorite trick of many of these types of companies hey will we pay you back or refund your fee you paid for our program in exchange for an NDA and public retraction.. we see that on BP often mainly with trianing courses were the trainee demands a refund based on their cancellation rights or their opinion the program sold was not what was represented.. next thing you see is that person post a glowing post about the person they just complained about.. so you know they did that either to get a refund or signed an NDA in a way I cant blame them as folks do whatever they need to do to get their money back and If they went into debt to pay for training like many do .. there are substantial financial ramifications for them and getting paid back gets them out of jail so to speak

When Reagan cut the program for some people, he was kicked off the "system", got a job and has worked ever since, gainfully employed, paying taxes, now in retirement collecting Social Security from a system he actually paid in to.There was no physical reason he was collecting social security services "disability" payments, it was a spiritual problem.
Shahab Ahmed Qasim Smoqi 💬 Multifamily Mentorship Feedback — Rod Khleif’s Warrior Program vs.
28 October 2025 | 0 replies
Hey everyone,I’d love to get some real feedback from investors who have personally joined any multifamily mentorship programs.I’ve been doing deep research on Rod Khleif’s Warrior Program and Multifamily Mindset (Tyler Deveraux’s group) — both seem to have structure and energy behind them, but it’s hard to tell what the real-world results and mentorship depth look like once you join. For context:I’m based in DFW, Texas, and I’m fully committed to scaling into 40–150 unit deals in the next 12 months. My goal is to close my first multifamily deal within 12 Months, ideally as part of a strong team.I’ve already attended the Multifamily Mindset event and spoken with the Warrior team. Before making any big decision, I’d love to hear from those who’ve been there:If you’ve joined either of these programs, what was your honest experience?
