If done, it will:  improve the curb appeal , lower maintenance, create more privacy,and add rv parking.

Even if someone knocked it down and replaced it with a brand new structure, the neighborhood layout is aweful and all of the surrounding homes are on top of each other, no privacy, not so much as a tree for as far as the eye can see.    

I also noticed something else, there's no mention of the privacy guaranteed to the disabled person from you.

If the layout is good so that you don't hear or see each other (good privacy) and you get the right tenants: (low key/low maintenance-people you'd hang out with as friends) newly married that work or go to school all day and just sleep there make it a breeze!

Hi Michael, I have called 5 water companies in California and they all have said privacy laws prevent them from giving me the list.Is this true?

This gives the guests some freedom and privacy .

Side note, when I bought my first house, my girlfriend (who is my wife now), did not want to live in a duplex and wanted the privacy of having our own home.
