Anyone know of any good apps that will help?

I don't live in that area but if you have the nextdoor(neighborhood) app there's always plenty of people on there that are marketing for what you're looking for.

If you do take an app, go inspect their present place.

Their App allow you connect your other accounts to their app for net worth/activity monitoring.  

About 2wks from app to approval is pretty good.  

Brokers and loan originators/officers will say all kind of things to get you to put an app in so they can sell you on a different product.

I have been reminding them regularly about rent payments through the rental property management app. thank you so much for your support  eviction is a hassle but typically renters are like leopards where they do not change their spots...

I use my cell number for guests, but most text through the platform's app. 

You can add a cleaning fee and coordinate cleanings using apps like Turno.
